Temporary Help

PPI provides you with qualified, tested and dependable associates that meet your specification for short or long-term assignments. The associates remains a PPI employee. We handle weekly payroll, payroll taxes, benefits, and all employment related functions. Whether you one or 500 associates, PPI will guarantee that our associates assigned to you will have the required skills and experience you need.

Temp to full-time   

This program gives you the opportunity to evaluate and select a candidate in your own work environment. The associate will work on a temporary assignment for 520 hours, not including overtime, on PPI’s payroll giving you the opportunity to evaluate his or her job skills and qualification ensuring a proper fit with your organization. At the end of 520 hours,  you may transfer the associate to your payroll at no additional costs. You may also elect to hire te associate on your payroll in the less than 520 hours with our prorated fee structure.

Full Time

This option allows you to interview pre-screened, qualified and dependable associates  who meet your needs. A strong recruiting program offers our clients a selection of best qualified associates. You can hire and start the associate of your choice immediately.

Payroll Services

When it isn’t practical or possible for you to put newly recruited candidates on your payroll, let PPI handle it for you. Our payroll services are designed for company retirees, summer college students, or new hires that may be awaiting approval. You may even transfer your existing employees to our payroll. PPI will assume all time consuming administrative payroll functions for your company so that you can concentrate on your core business. We handle weekly payroll. File all required taxes, track vacation and holiday pay, and provide disability and workers compensation insurance as well as other benefits.

On Site Services

PPI strives to be your true business partner, completely managing your temporary help needs. For high volume temporary staffing, PPI can provide an on-site supervisor who will assign and manage the day to day operations of your temporary associates freeing up your personnel for other important duties. Depending on your needs, our computerized system can be set up on-site to enhance the efficiency of your work environment. Management will receive valuable communication reports to allow critical coordination of work flow.

Project Staffing & Management
