Our Safety Mission
Protecting the health and safety of employees, is the primary concern of all of us at Personnel Plus. This goal is met through the development of a comprehensive and effective health and safety plan that endeavors to eliminate unsafe conditions to prevent injuries and accidents at work place. Personnel Plus will make every reasonable effort to promote, create, and maintain a safe and healthful environment for our employees. This is achieved by adherence to basic safety principles, sound management practices, and compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Our goal is to promote a safety culture and pro-active environment that will effectively identify and manage risk through recognition, evaluation, and educating our employees and clients in compliance with safety and health regulations as well the latest professional practices to ensure every worker goes home safely.

Safety of our employees is # 1 concern at Personnel Plus. Accident Prevention Program and Safety is a true partnership with our customers.
We work hand in hand with them to develop safety programs and procedures that benefit all parties involved. Our trained safety personnel and consultants conduct safety walk throughs of our every new potential customer facility to ensure that the work envoirment is safe for our temporary associates.
By promoting a safe work enviroment at our customer facilities and continuous safety training of our temporary associates on work sites we are able to avoid and reduce injuries more effectively.
We provide the following added value services to our customers at no cost to them which majority of our competitors don’t offer to their clients or they charge for the same to them. Free Risk Management services are provided to our customers by our trained Loss Control personnel and independent Risk Management consultants. Free Safety training such as Forklift Training, Cheery Picker, Electric Pallet Jack, Personal Protective Equipment Awareness, Organization GMP’s Guidelines, Proper Lifting Training, Back Safety / Injury Prevention, How to prevent Slips and Falls Training, Pedestrian Awareness, Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) Awareness, MSDS/HAZCOM Awareness, Hand Safety / Injury Prevention, Machine Guarding Safety, Sexual Harassment Training, Ergonomics, Hearing Conservation, Injury Handling for Supervisors, Leadership Training, Heat Stress Management etc. We provide Personnel and Labor Law resources to our customers such as compliance with Wage and Labor laws, EEO, ADA, Affirmative Action, AQMD, OSHA, and Injury Prevention Program etc.
We provide Customer Training Resources to our clients such as Sexual Harassment, Conflict issues with employees, Hiring and termination, Retention of employees etc.
We have an in house Workers Comp dept for workers comp claims etc. We manage all our claims in a timely and effective manner, which helps us to keep our worker Comp costs low. Thus we are able to obtain very competitive rates for our workers comp insurance from an AAA rated insurance companies. This enables us to remain competitive in the Temporary Staffing business.
